
According to information, a total of six people who died during the Second World War and the Nazi regime are buried in this Protestant cemetery in Altenbruch. A Polish forced laborer and her child are buried in a communal grave at the back. Both died on May 8, 1945 for unknown reasons. A Polish toddler who died in 1944 and two forced laborers from the former Soviet Union are also buried there. They both died in 1944. A German worker from the Cuxhaven mine depot is also buried in a single grave in the area. She also died at the end of 1944.
